OVERVIEW:

The Treasury Administrator will be responsible for a combination of processes related to New Store Openings/Store Closing for all chains. They will work closely with our internal and external teams on armored carrier issues and assist with auditing invoices. The position will provide support for Treasury team’s daily processes and maintain/reconcile a selection of accounts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support set up for cash/credit procedures for new Store Opening and Store Closing Processes for HOS, Clearance Centers, etc. Work with appropriate teams on receiving information/bids to determine least cost/best service carriers and banks. Complete set up within account reconciliation system (Cadency). Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure all locations are fully functional on store open date, or all final pickups are scheduled and carried out in the event of a store closing.

  • Assist with Armored Carrier Support. Manage reporting on carrier service issues, audit invoices, and submit claims. Work with internal teams and ensure policies are being properly carried out. Participate in monthly/bi-monthly progress calls with external carrier teams.

  • Provide support for account reconciliation system (Cadency) by managing selection of accounts. Review and resolve any discrepancies, complete monthly reconciliations, and work with internal and external teams on optimization of system.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all banking and carrier contacts, store locations and carrier/bank information and contracts. Save monthly bank statements and work with banking representatives to update fiscal calendar yearly.

  • Manage general department mailbox and assist with email inquiries.

  • Support Treasury team processes and assist in special projects and initiatives related to treasury optimization, system implementations, or process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field.

  • 1-3 years experience Treasury, Sales Audit, Corporate Banking, or Financial Information Systems

  • Cadency reconciliation system experience preferred

  • PeopleSoft Financials experience preferred

  • Commercial banking portal experience preferred

  • Knowledge of cash management products & services

  • Retail experience

  • Account reconcilement experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently
