OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Evaluate Business Drivers and Deliver Insights

  • Obsess about the eComm business and drivers of day-to-day results by collaborating with Analytics and Finance teams to decomp performance.

  • Identify business headwinds and identify levers to shift trends by evaluating traffic, conversion, pricing, and merchandise category KPIs.

  • Critically evaluate the athlete journey and identify opportunities to elevate their experience by partnering with the Omni-Insights and eComm Experience teams.

Support Valuation and Prioritization

  • Assess strategic growth opportunities for eComm and quantify potential value by modeling sales and/or EBT in partnership with Finance and Technology teams.

  • Own assigning value to strategic outcomes to inform prioritization of Technology deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, prioritize, and track delivery of outcomes and features by facilitating regular status updates and maintaining documentation.

Assist with Strategic Innovation

  • Manage efficient execution of testing and pilot programs to prove long-term value of new strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Develop measurement frameworks and tracking results for strategic initiatives.

  • Track results over time and deliver concise updates to leaders.

  • Create plans to scale initiatives by identifying resource and/or investment requirements.

  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation by proactively reviewing publications, leveraging 3rd party relationships and datasets, and building a network with peers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering

  • 3-5 years experience Retail, Marketing, eCommerce, Technology, Finance, Strategy, Analytics

  • Qlik

  • Adobe Analytics

  • Quantum Metrics

  • Medallia (nice to have)

  • Branch (nice to have)
