The Council
This cross-functional team, ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders, is focused on strategically shaping our inclusive culture and teammate-focused initiatives and activations.

Courtside Captains
Our Courtside Captains offer all teammates an opportunity to personally get involved with cultivating an environment where everyone belongs. This includes anything from leading Dialogue Circles with fellow teammates to bringing our inclusive activations to life in our stores, distribution centers, and corporate office.

Dialogue Circle
Whether conducted virtually or locally, Dialogue Circles provide our teammates with a safe space for a variety of conversations – everything from psychological safety and belonging to living in a world full of constant change. Each circle enables teammates to connect across differences, lean in, and learn from each other's unique perspectives.

B.E.E. was formed to help DICK’S Sporting Goods understand, support, and embrace teammates with different abilities and to help erase the stigma of being different. B.E.E. creates a belonging network for all groups under the disability umbrella where we empower and support their dreams and careers ─ regardless of their disability. This includes individuals with vision, hearing, neurodiversity, physical health, mental health, mobility, and learning disabilities

Black Leadership Network (BLN) is dedicated to advancing, empowering, and advocating for Black teammates at all levels of DSG through community, development and mentorship.

Gathering Our AAPI Leaders (GOAL)
Gathering Our AAPI Leaders (GOAL) is a community of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) teammates and their allies dedicated to building a more inclusive community in our workplace and stores by celebrating and elevating the AAPI experience. GOAL fosters networking and connections, professional development, mentoring and leadership opportunities with a focus on the recruitment, retention, learning, and advancement of the AAPI community.
